We are pleased to offer an enhancement to the web information
for accounts which Fiserv Trust serves as custodian. This web site offers a more
intuitive navigation to your account balances and transactions. Also if you wish
to access your monthly statements online, you can enroll for Internet statements
and also access them through this new site.
To obtain access to the new site you will need the following information.
* Social Security Number
* Date of Birth
* An email address
* Your account number (this can be found in the upper right hand corner of your
monthly statement)

as they are presented.
